Stuart brings nearly 30 years in technology recruitment, including senior hiring, contractor delivery, transformation support and long-term client partnerships.

Tech Pair is a founder-led Tech & Change recruitment partner based in Scotland, supporting clients and candidates across the UK.
We built Tech Pair because recruitment had become too noisy, too transactional and too disconnected from the people it is meant to help.
Our approach is simple: proper conversations, honest advice, clear representation and senior ownership from first conversation to offer.
Why we started
Built to bring care back into recruitment
We saw the same frustrations on both sides of hiring: too many CVs, not enough context, inconsistent messaging and candidates being treated like transactions.
Tech Pair exists to do the basics properly again — understand the brief, represent the opportunity clearly, listen to candidates and keep everyone aligned.
